the hotel location works good. it is near the beach. the staff seems friendly and helpful. i liked the complimentary happy hour with free wine from 4 to 5 pm.

i received only two vouchers for the included breakfast, even when there were three people. the pillows were too soft and gave me a sore neck. i had to request sheets for the sofa bed from housekeeping. they should check better before.

I enjoyed the hotel's prime location, close to the beach. the staff was friendly and helpful. They promptly delivered a microwave to my room upon request. my room was spacious and very clean. i also found the rooftop pool and patio to be a relaxing escape from the usual south beach scene.

My king studio suite had ample space. It was also very clean. the bathroom was well-appointed. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower added to the luxurious feel, and i loved the balcony overlooking everything.

the hotel lacked an on-site gym, disappointing. only two breakfast vouchers were given, though the room rate included breakfast for three people. the pillows provided were too soft for me. though the parking was expensive.
